Legal minors such as Jose Vargas and Adam Crapser are brought to the US with no agency to complete or verify incomplete entry documentation. When they reach majority, they are culturally Americans, who wish to remain and complete their naturalization.
At this time however, there is no process to complete naturalization while remaining resident. If there were, the people who have grown up here, have been part of our society and culture their whole lives, would happily join us as fully American.
This approach minimizes trafficking of minors, lowers deportation costs, increases the tax base, aids the Dreamers, enables a family naturalization process, and permits American businesses to hire legally compliant young adult Americans. It also welcomes American kids as fully American adults.
