Provide a program to assist families who have stepped up to financially support their families (adult children/Parents)

Create a program or tax break for those people who have stepped up to support family members who have been unemployed for over a year; have no unemployment benefits; or otherwise cannot support themselves. This is specifically targeted to help those families who have stepped up to help those who have fallen through the cracks and do not receive unemployment or any state or federal assistance that provides greater than $10,000 per year.
Those families supporting their own adult children, parents or siblings out of their own pockets without governmental assistance should be considered for some tax relief for carrying the burden themselves without adding to the burden on our governmental welfare system.
