Homeland security office or whatever group is "vetting" the refugees originating in the middle-east must show documentation for all of the "already vetted" persons. If documents are not shown, or are wrong/incomplete.....then the persons must be detained and deported immediately. All documents for future refugees must be presented to the puplic (they are not citizens yet and have no expectation of privacy). Further issue is to limit the amount and duration of public assistance a refugee can receive.
