BARON K ADAMS inventor of New Technology for FireArms that will meet the requirement of January 2013 Executive Order. This petition will help to stop police misconduct, to provide technology that creates gun safety & control, to improve gun owner registration and to allow policy reform which improves the conditions of local, state, and federal procedures.
On July 9, 2009 my son Baron Dontae' Adams was murdered by police officers here in Philadelphia. Mayor Nutter and Chief Police Charles Ramsey are on the committee board for gun reform, after contacting city hall to no avail, I wish to change these conditions not only here in our city but for all cities across the U.S.
