Provide the protections of existing consumer protection laws to citizens

Created by J.K. on August 20, 2014

Enforce existing consumer protections laws, including Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, statute of limitation laws, and state usury laws to the activities of the federal government. These laws are designed to protect individuals from strong- arm tactics of creditors and apply in all type of consumer transactions. Agencies of the federal government are exempted from these and citizens are not receiving these protections.
