We the people petition for a public statement and congressional hearing as to why the Dept. of Homeland Security is purchasing significantly large amounts of hollow point ammunition. The American People recognize that these quantities significantly exceed training requirements for Dept. of Homeland Security and the use of Hollow Point ammunition is not allowed by the U.S. Military. The American People and U.S. military do not use hollow point ammunition for training purposes. We the people also recognize that this statement should be publicly delivered to the American People because this information will not compromise national security.
