Provide records for the attempted assassination of American citizen Warren Beard without recognizable due process.

Created by W.B. on January 11, 2013

I demand the U.S. government release for public and judicial review the records sought from the Central Intelligence Agency under Privacy Act request reference # P-2012-01446 relating to the sources and methods of the assassination of myself, Warren Beard, as recognized by approved appeal under defunct Freedom of Information Act request reference # F-2010-01576. The FOIA appeal granted access on the grounds of Richardson vs U.S. (1974), that is to say the fact that I was subject to harm from the sought records is sufficient grounds to provide access. Furthermore, I demand access to the Department of Justice memo described by Attorney General Eric Holder which declares insular, executive office debate is sufficient to satisfy due process in authorization of a citizen's assassination.
