Provide relief to Employment Based Immigration Reform.

I have been working in the US for the past 14 years on an H1b Visa. I have been providing valuable IT service to American businesses by developing solutions to reduce cost and improving productivity. Till now, I haven't received my green card due to delays in Green Card Processing. She is unable to work due to restrictions in the H4 visa. She has a Masters Degree in Mathematics and used to work as High School Mathematics Teacher. I hold a Masters Degree in Computer Science. My humble petition is alleviate the suffering of H1B visa holders as we are at the mercy of H1B sponsoring employers. Thus, unable to invest and build on the American Dream due to the uncertainty of the situation. My children has grown up in the United States, and wouldn't be able to adapt to moving to India easily.
