provide Reparations to the Japanese soldiers executed by America for the war crime of torture at the end of WWII.

Created by M.M. on January 14, 2013

I petition the Obama Administration to pay the Japanese government in restitution for executing Japanese soldiers who used TORTURE to obtain military intelligence during WWII from unwilling captured Americans. As the Obama Administration has NEVER denied the effectiveness of TORTURE NOR sought the prosecution of Americans who either approved of the use of TORTURE or inflicted TORTURE, this lack of action by President Obama can only be construed as the sanctioning of TORTURE by the American government. The Japanese soldiers were executed out of sheer hated, bigotry, and revenge, NOT because of violating the Geneva Conventions. Because torture is NO longer observed as a war crime by America, the Japanese government should received $10 Billion for each Japanese soldier that America executed.
