provide safety measures for all Alabama schools in the way of security guards and/or metal detectors/badging system.

Funding schools in Alabama is a low priority and only select schools are chosen to receive additional safety. If every courthouse or government office in the state can have funds allocated to install metal detectors and to have safety officers or police on hand, then we should have them in every school to combat potential events such as what happened in Newtown, CT.
