Whatever healthcare benefits, wages for similar positions/duties, and cost of living increases provided to ALL government employees (not just civil) should be the same that are provided to American citizens. And when a politician leaves the government sector, all unmentioned benefits previously enjoyed while in office/employ should cease and revert to that of a private citizen.
