We request the administration to increase individual science grants and provide resources for science graduates that want to come back to science after a career gap or transition, family commitments, health reasons etc. These grants could potentially aid qualified individuals to fast track their career, without having to go through the costly and time consuming higher education system, internship etc. An individual with a grant could potentially collaborate with academia/industry too.
