The current political climate has created an atmosphere where these representatives of the people are in mortal danger. It is the country's duty, and thereby President Obama's duty, to protect its citizens and their government representation. We need to protect Representatives Ellison and Carter from the threat that the current Republican Presidential Primary rhetoric has created.
