Every day we see dogs kept outside with no shelter, in the hot sun, chained to a tree or a fence with barely (or no) food and water. We see cats running freely; then we see them dead on the road.
The goal of this petition is to demand that outdoor house-pets (i.e. dogs, cats), like livestock, should have regulations regarding their living conditions.
This petition is not to demand that all outdoor pets be kept inside; this petition is designed to keep all outdoor pets safe and healthy.
