There are many skilled workers that have been working on H1B and L1 visa for years, decades contributing to the economy, paying taxes, social security. Shared the ups and downs of the country with fellow Americans be it in regards with Politics, Sports and the sorrows like one tragic day in September. However, we all live in the constant fear of our visa getting revoked or Green card applications being denied or constantly worrying about when its going to be approved. My petition is to streamline the Green card process for these workers. These processes have not changed for years and there are just delays in the process that can be avoided. The visa quotas are too small and there is no balancing between different nations. Folks from India and China have been waiting for over a decade.
