To provide some student loan forgiveness to people who owe more than $20,000 and have paid on time for 10 years.

This petition is to provide a little relief for people who have been overwhelmed by student loan debt, but that have been working hard to pay it down. This is for hardworking people that have made every loan payment for 10 years including interest.Lets reward their efforts by easing their burden somewhat. Maybe a 10 percent reduction in their remaining debt up to $3000.
