The Peshmerga armed forces of Iraqi Kurdistan, having proved themselves to be an honorable and trustworthy American military ally and an integral part of Operation Inherent Resolve, should immediately be sent the following lethal military aid in order to degrade and defeat the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant and defend their capitol of Erbil, Iraq:
