Provide sufficient and price acessible post high school education benefits to all ciztizens of the United States.

In many First World countries such as Finland, Norway, Ireland, Germany and Sweden citizens are given acess to affordible if not free post high schol educations. No matter if that be college, University, Vocational schools or other trades they are able to get such things. This petition is to plea to the United States government to make the step into the future, or rather the present, and provide similar services to the United States. A decent, and now required, college education is roughly 20,000 a year and many in the U.S cannot afford such high prices and many are MUCH higher but with a law like this many would recieve the education that today's society demands and raise U.S competitiveness in the global economy.
