At the current moment, an orca pod is stuck under ice in the Hudson Bay with a shrinking opening. Canadian government is taking active steps in investigating the situation but need more resources to providing a pathway to open waters for the dolphins. As the head of state, the President needs to show support and provide resources that enables the Canadian state save these mammals. With Canada being our neighbor and main ally, the United States should take an active role in helping Canada save the Orcas. Our country has experience with this kind of operation due to operation breakthrough which happened in Alaska and might have advice that we can provide to help save the orca pod. These mammals need help so we need to take active steps in trying to save them
