Provide support to consumers for the fraudulent and misrepresented sales tactics of Bluegreen Vacations.

This petition is for consumers and getting back what is rightfully theirs, based on the fraudulent and misrepresented sales of Bluegreen Vacations, a timeshare company. This petition is to force Bluegreen to allow consumers who have experienced this, out of their contract and a full refund. Bluegreen broke numerous consumer act statutes as well as state and federal laws during my coerced presentation. Things that were said, were not at all true and we purchased based on these lies. Now, they will not nullify our contract, they will deny any wrongdoing and they have not made any effort to rectify the situation. Our hard earned money is in their pockets and we cannot use the service that was promised to us. We want out of our contract and would like a refund of all of the funds paid to them.
