Create a Bipartisan piece of legislation that would increase the minimum wage for the workers (of a company or corporation) while providing tax breaks to said companies. Preferably larger tax breaks for small businesses when they have a minimum wage of 10.10$ for all their employees. This would give businesses the tax breaks they so dearly crave while ensuring that the middle class grows allowing our economy to recover to what it once was.
