Provide tax breaks on the purchase of safes for firearms.

I firmly believe that providing tax relief for individuals considering the purchase of a firearms safe would greatly help reduce firearms related incidents. Providing tax relief would greatly improve the initiative of individuals to purchase a firearms safe that, otherwise, would not. If keeping firearms out of the hands of individuals that are otherwise not allowed to possess them is key to the government, then the government needs to make firearms safes (a way to protect unlawful possession of a firearm) more easily obtained and more attractive for firearm owners.
