Provide a tax credit for individuals who support the second amendment through the purchase of firearms and ammunition. In addition, require those who live outside of a five-minute law enforcement response time to own firearms for personal protection in the event of excessive response times. Through the provision of tax credits, the government can encourage individuals to become self-reliant; just as it does with tax credits for green energy and other efforts.
