On behalf of all military personnel that have served and will serve in combat. All combat veterans shall be free of all taxes, both federal and state. If a member of the military is killed in action, his or her immediate family shall receive tax free status from both state and federal. If a combat veteran is maimed or crippled, in addition to the above, each of the immediate family members shall receive up to $100,000 towards an college education including the combat veteran.
