Programs like these can also reduce turnover, decrease unexpected worker absences and increase productivity. An article from ABC News states, "Workers who had more control over their schedules and work days saw improvements in both physical and mental health, according to a review published in The Cochrane Library."
This petition requests that the U.S. government provide tax or other incentives for companies that implement flex-time or work-from-home programs to speed up the adoption of programs like these across the country.
