Call upon the government to invest/contract companies who specialize in wind, solar, hyrdro, or other green technologies and establish factories to build, maintain, further develop, and manufacture these goods. The facilities/factories should be run solely those who have been facing unemployment due to our struggling economy, also inclusive of the soldiers returning from our wars. This would help solve our unemployment, economic, climate, and green technology issues, by providing jobs, stimulating advancements, products, and technologies in the green space, while helping to reduce our carbon emissions.
