Provide Tri Care Retiree Insurance Recipients Tri Care Standard, Extra, and Prime regardless their geographic location.

Members retired from the US Armed forces are unknowingly not eligable for Tri Care Prime if they settle in an area where Tri Care Prime is not offered. Tri Care insurance is the Insurance program for the US Armed Forces. There are three levels of coverage offered. Standard is offered to all retirees and their families and requires no annual enrollment fee. Extra is the mid level offering that saves a beneficiary money by using Prime providers and it has no enrollment fee. Standard and Extra are offered everywhere in the US. Tri Care Prime is the top level of coverage and requires an annual premium. A Prime beneficiary can cover their family for $538.56 per year. Tri Care Prime should be offered everywhere in the US Tri Care Standard and Extra is offered. Currently it is not.
