There is no secret that modern political modes are not working and morally old. So an individual can not influence on his life conditions. The elections system is not working as well as it originated from small tribes on conditions that every individual is acquainted with candidates. As to authoritarian states it is just total violation of laws.
It should be said that there is the decision.
The political structure should be multi-party system to provide not only opposite views. The political structure should not have official supremes to provide collective decisions. Citizenry should be able to influence on their life conditions independently of go-betweens.
To provide the described above it is necessary that every citizen by the time of election obey the law of elected party only.
