In the face of full-scale invasion from Russia which amasses troops along the border with Ukraine and fail of Geneva negotiations we petition US Congress to consider the issue of providing Ukrainian government with lethal aid which would give Ukrainian military forces an opportunity to defend Ukrainian nation,statehood and its territorial integrity.
