Congress is owned by lobbyists. The Health Care Industries, to increase profits, spent $5.36 billion since 1998 on lobbyists. Non profit hospitals have no limits on profits or salaries. Patient-Centered Outcomes Research, the scientific approach to health care was outlawed by Congress. Medicare can not negotiate drug or medical device prices! Why? Congress is corrupt and enriches the health care industry.
Non-Profit Hospitals are among the most profitable businesses; each reaping 10-769 million in tax free profits per year. CEO’s and staff reap billions!
