I am a victim of sexual assault by an army ranger on military property and civilians sexually or physically assaulted are not reimbursed/compensated for any out of pocket expenses incurred from an attack occurring on a military base perpetrated by military personnel. So I want to be able to help any future victims so they won't go through what I have to.
