Provide Vocational Schools as an alternative for high school student facing dropout or failure due to poor acheivement. The dropout rate of high school students is staggering & leads to crime, joblessness, & poverty. We need to keep more kids in growth programs that lead to job supported income & independence. Right now the cost of welfare support to jobless kids & families with untrained kids is beyound comprehension & certainly not what we fought two world wars to see our future population have. Now that We have provided for college education for most, & forgiven college loandebt for many, it's time to take care of our major problem, uneducated & untrained youth.
