Provide the water rights to the American Indian tribes so that they can provide safe drinking water on reservations.

Whereas in 1908 the US Supreme Court declared that Indian tribes are entitled to sufficient water to make their reservations liveable. and Whereas, for decades the federal government has denied Native Americans access to the water on their lands, I respectfully call upon you to ensure, protect, and preserve water rights for the Native Americans Tribes and to fully fund Indian Water settlements which are the moral and legal obligation of the United States
