Because of the continued polarization, gridlock and complete ineffectiveness of the United States Congress,the United States Constitution should be amended to provide comprehensive campaign finance reform, Congressional term limits, and end the practice of gerrymandering through a Constitutuonal Convention as provided in Article V of the U.S. Constitution. This petition implores the Obama Administration to call for that convention immediately.
