PTSD and loss of earnings due to social isolation by veterans.

I feel it unfair that I suffered alone with my PTSD from Vietnam. If I had attempted suicide or been jailed for violence, I would have received help and financial assistance, instead I suffered alone in social isolation because of my emotional deadness and detachment. My lifetime earnings were cut in half, because I could not make the emotional and social attachments needed to advance in my profession. I have a purple heart, combat infantryman's badge, bronze star for dedication to duty, and air medal for meritorious service in combat aerial operations during two tours of duty with the 4th Infantry Division in the jungles along the Cambodia/Laos border. I survived my PTSD by staying physically and socially isolated until time healed my wounds. All combat veterans need assistance!
