Same sex bathrooms were made due to a privacy thing and needs to be upheld even though we have in today's world Transgender people who might associate themselves as the other sex...it is not about alienation or discrimination against anyone...men should not go into the same bathroom as women and vise versa. Privacy is the issue here.
