Public Boarding school

This is a petition that would enforce education to the utmost degree. With this all children would be required to go to a public boarding school at the age of 11 and only be able to return home on holidays and elongated breaks. This is so the child would be able to focus entirely on their education and create their own opinions that are not influenced by their parents but what they believe is correct. I as a child of the age 14 believe this is the only way to completely install an education system that benefits all. Think about it, the child wouldn't be judge based on their parents, or their parents inability to get them the education they need, every child ill have the same chance and what they do with it beyond what is given will be entirely up to them.
