We the people demand and expect free public education from pre-K through Ph.D for those with the aptitude and gumption. It strengthens our work force, and is a tremendous stimulus to our economy. Jobs on campus, jobs supporting each campus, and all the jobs from industries spun-off from research and enterprising graduates.
