Recently, a lot of issues concerning other nations have occurred such as China warning citizens about World War III, and Russia strengthening their military on some territories, and these are early signs of what could be a World War III. So to protect our lives and of our descendants we must have protection for a war which may have the use of devestating nuclear weapons and their fallout, We The People urge Congress to build us public nuclear shelters to protect the citizens of this great nation of ours. We believe this to be fair since citizen bunkers were closed but military bunkers still remain intact in case of nuclear war, and this is unacceptable to the people as our nation runs on its people but We The People might vanish soon, while its military will not, ending the U.S. forever.
