We, the people of the United States of America, a free people, whose country was founded on the principles of the Constitution of the United States of America, request that the Federal Government mandate and make available half of ALL public land, whether local, state or Federal be designated for lawful fornication or better known as the "Fuck Park".
One half of all of the public land (land owned and under the control by a governmental body of ANY type) will be used as normal areas and to include access by children, families and anyone over the age of 18. One half of the all public land (refer to above), whether screened or not screened from the remaining non-participatory public be used for "fornication" purposes by consenting adults, referred to as the "Fuck Park".
