Dear President Obama.
I am a child care provider here in Tucson Arizona My proposal it's about given equal opportunities to children to participate in early quality education at 3 years old. I would like you to give me the opportunity to explain all my reasons we can prevent child abuse, child obesity, child neglect etc.
we can improve education kids will be ready for a better lifestyle, not everybody has the same opportunity to participate in early quality education there is so many kids left behind at home not doing nothing. if we have public preschool we can identify when a child has a special needs, we can have the learning skills record when they go to kindergarden. kids need help and I really believe this is a great way to do it. I look forward for your response
