Public Safety Protection Act

A petition for Public Safety Officers protection.
Where as Local Police, Deputy Sheriff's,Fire and EMS employees that have no protection under Civil Service, be protected under US Federal Law, that it be made unlawful for a Police Officer, Deputy Sheriff, Fire fighter, or EMS employee who is not protected by Civil Service, to be terminated from their employment without due cause. It would be unlawful for a Sheriff,Chief of Police,County local government, Mayor or Municipal or Town Council to terminate employment of a Public Safety Employee for political reasons, and that an employee only be terminated for Due Cause. They should have protection for thier livelyhood and not simply be able to be termindated for support or non support of a political candidate.
