Public school permanent blood drive petition.

This petition is to have blood donations at high schools and colleges every two weeks.
This would help alleviate the problem of low blood supply in blood banks, and
would increase the chances of finding blood born pathogens and diseases in
the general public saving countless life's.
This would also increase the public's concern over their own personal health.
Not only would this help save life's here in America, but once we have an adequate
supply of blood in our country we can send our blood to third world countries.
