The public schools emergency terror mitigation act

Homeland security, military or other government agencies will now head comprehensive security measures at public schools guarding perimeters and securing buildings to mitigate terroristic threats against the security of the public during school hours and treat as terror prevention. It is no longer responsible for people in the teaching profession to be expected to defend students against assault weaponry nor strain local law enforcement resources to what has become a real homeland security threat. This act will stay in effect until legislation is enacted addressing existing assault and other weaponry availability issues and dealt with as a security issue for the nation and not otherwise as to deter anger fueled by previous attempts in debate at the national level.
