The public should be included to all VA medical facilitys for health care who are in the lower to middle economic class

Since we already pay taxes for the VA medical system which is excellent, i think it should be incorporated with the private secture hospitals and clinics to help share information and allow citizen legal only to be able to use the VA medical as veterans are allowed to we pay taxes for this already and to share expences with private care would offset costs for lower and middle class Americans
