The bill being introduced by Senator Diane Feinstein is an extreme infringement on the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United State of America.
The Bill of Rights clearly states:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
This is not a metaphor, it's not outdated and most of all it is not up for debate or our own interpretation. The framers knew exactly what they were saying when they wrote the Second Amendment. No where does it state anything about the rights of hunters or sportsmen. It's about homeland security for the people against a rouge government.
