Japan has been illegally whaling in the Southern Ocean and the Antartic Treaty Zone for decades despite an international ban on commercial whaling. These whales are endangered and some are over a hundren years old. They even went as far as funneling TSUNAMI RELIEF FUNDS to their whaling fleet. This behavior must be condemed by the United States.
