Mr. President, the time is now. When you first started "We the People", the issue that was overwhelmingly brought to the top was Marijuana Legalization. Your response was that it wasn't the time to address that issue.
After Colorado and Washington voted to legalize, the issue was brought up again with incredible support. This time the White House response was that:
"…this is a tough problem because Congress has not yet changed the law. I head up the executive branch; we're supposed to be carrying out laws."
We ask that you hold up your end of the bargain and publically endorse the "Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act", and give the American people "Change we can believe in".
