We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Publicly acknowledge the actions of Colin Kaepernick

Created by C.R. on August 27, 2016

After Colin Kaepernick chose to sit through the playing of our national anthem and displaying of our nations flag, he went on to demean our country by proclaiming both our flag and our nation are a representation of the oppression of African Americans.

Acknowledge Colin Kaepernick's failure to honor the United States Flag, as well as his proclamation that America and our Flag is a representation of the oppression of African-Americans.

Now the question remains of whether our administration will accept these actions and statements as truthful and validated, or if they will denounce such hateful speech and actions against our nation and those who have fought for it and it's advances in racial equality?
