Publicly acknowledge all South American drug cartels such as "Los Zetas" as international terrorist organizations.

Drug cartels, predominately operating within Mexico, must be IMMEDIATELY recognized as international terrorist organizations and should be dealt with accordingly. The predominant weapon of all cartels is extreme violence and intimidation. In Mexico alone more than 60,000 people have been killed in the drug war that began in 2006. These cartels are a cancer that are killing their host countries and they have already begun to spread into the USA. They have crossed over our borders to sell their drugs and to kill. There have been many cases where police track the violence back to a cartel but do not publicize the facts so as to not cause a public panic. We need to cooperate with the host countries to track down and eliminate these terrorists ASAP. WE NEED TO KILL THIS CANCER NOW!!!
